This iniative emerged from my personal journey of overcoming grief and adversity. Having lost my son, endured difficult family relationships, and navigated heartbreak and trauma, I understand the profound impact these experiences can have on a person’s life. These challenges led me to discover my passion for helping others heal. I turned my own pain into purpose, and I’ve dedicated myself to supporting others in their healing process.
My life experiences, combined my educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Services and certifications in Youth and Mental Health. I am currently pursuing licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with Certified Case Management, and Industrial Technology & Design. Additionally, I have completed Cornell University’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Program further enhancing my ability to empower others.
Through Hold on Pain Ends (H.O.P.E) I offer personalized coaching and my goal is to foster not just individual healing, but also healing within families and communities affected by trauma, grief, relationships, and loss by guiding them toward healing and transformation.
