My journals—such as the Emotional Abuse Healing Journal, Grief Healing Journal, and From Surviving to Thriving Journal—are specifically designed with prompts, affirmations, and exercises that guide you through the healing process. They provide structure and support to help you process emotions, set intentions, and track progress. They are much more than traditional journals—they are tools to facilitate personal growth and healing.

Yes! Many clients find it helpful to use the journals alongside coaching. The journals offer a deeper level of reflection between sessions, helping you continue your healing journey outside of our time together. I can help you integrate journal exercises into your coaching plan for a more holistic approach to your personal development.
